Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-6 business days. During peak seasons or due to carrier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your package until it reaches your door.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 30 days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
