Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not happy with it, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at thepetworldshop.support1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1-2 business days with the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.

Exceptions

Items that show signs of use cannot be returned unless they are defective. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
